1 – Make a list of questions regarding your loan program

If you find that you don't thoroughly realize the advantages and disadvantages of all the various financing options, be sure you bring a list of questions with you. Locking in the rate signifies that a mortgage lender guarantees the interest rates for the loan – normally at the time the loan application is submitted.
